Refund Policy

Effective Date: February 20, 2026

The following terms apply to all services and subscription plans offered by Apex Psychiatric Services.

Subscription Terms (Applies to All Plans)
No contract; you may cancel at any time.

No refunds are provided upon cancellation. Access to services will continue through the remainder of your original 30-day billing period.

Enrollment in any subscription plan requires completion of an Initial Visit prior to activation of the subscription.

Plan levels may occasionally need to be adjusted (upgraded or downgraded) based on clinical needs or service utilization. When a plan change occurs, you will be charged the prorated difference between the two plans based on your billing cycle.
You must consent to automatic payment authorization for any applicable plan adjustments.
If your payment method fails and more than six (6) months have passed since your last appointment, you may be required to complete and pay for a new Initial Visit prior to resuming subscription services. Please keep your subscription active and your payment information current.

Billing & Refund Policy

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring 30-day cycle unless canceled. By enrolling, you authorize automatic recurring payments using the payment method on file.

Payments are non-refundable once processed. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to included services through the end of the current billing cycle, and your subscription will not renew for the next cycle.

Failure to complete the required Initial Visit will delay eligibility for subscription enrollment.
No-Show Policy

    A $50 no-show fee applies to insurance-based patients only.
Monthly subscription clients are not charged no-show fees.
Subscription clients are expected to follow provider-recommended visit frequency.
Three (3) or more missed appointments may result in consideration for discharge from care at the provider’s discretion.
If discharge is deemed appropriate, a written notification letter will be sent to the patient.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted with a revised effective date.
